A construction company in Singapore is seeking a Business Development Manager to augment their team. Responsibilities include acquiring new clients, developing market intelligence, and leading negotiations on contracts. The ideal candidate should hold a Professional Degree in Civil Engineering and have 10-15 years of relevant experience, particularly in the Construction industry focusing on Ground Improvement works. Strong geotechnical design and client management skills are essential. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 6.00 pm.
