Senior Civil Engineer - Building Restoration

Manage building restoration projects including concrete restoration, cladding renewal, roof replacement, building condition assessments, and capital planning.

Lead client engagement—building trust, delivering solutions, and growing relationships.

Prepare proposals, tender and contract documents, and manage project finances and invoicing.

Oversee construction‑phase services, including contract administration and site inspections.

Review and sign off on inspection reports and technical documentation.

Mentor and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance team culture.

Coordinate with contractors, sub‑consultants, and approval agencies.
