Key Responsibilities:
Review, validate, and approve structural computations and drawings.
Evaluate foundation designs.
Decide on steel sizes and reinforcement specifications.
Proactively identify and mitigate structural risks.
Manage QA/QC standards for structural works.
Interpret load paths (dead, live, wind).
Solve site problems efficiently & coordinate site execution, contractors, and foremen.
Ensure adherence to construction safety (BOSH / COSH).
Qualifications:
Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC).
10+ years total experience in structural civil engineering.
3+ years in supervisory role experience is a plus.
Training in Structural Design, Steel Construction, Project Management, and Construction Safety is an advantage.
