Inform3 are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead and manage foundation and ground engineering projects from pre-construction through to completion, applying engineering and pricing expertise to ensure safe, timely, and commercially successful delivery.

The role is designed as a structured progression pathway toward a Contracts Manager position, with increasing responsibility for operational, commercial, and strategic performance.

Senior Engineer Role Overview

• Review geotechnical information, drawings, and technical specifications to develop compliant, buildable, and cost-effective solutions.


• Lead or support tender preparation, including detailed pricing build-ups for labour, plant, materials, and subcontract packages.


• Identify technical and commercial risks at bid stage and implement mitigation strategies.
