We are looking for a Senior Estimator with substantial experience in civil construction to join our Northwest Edmonton team. This pivotal role requires collaboration with project teams to deliver accurate, competitive bids. Proficiency in estimating software such as HeavyBid and excellent communication are crucial for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor project developments and tender opportunities
• Perform accurate take-offs for cost estimation
• Develop detailed tender proposals for management
• Interpret specifications and construction drawings
• Support project management with change order preparation
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of estimating experience in the field
• Familiar with HeavyBid and standard estimating tools
• Strong skills in AutoCAD or similar software
