Senior Civil

Rendeavour Group is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Civil & Structural CAD/BIM Technician to support our engineering team on ambitious projects. This role demands a technical specialist capable of producing high-quality structural detailing and civil drawings for complex high-rise, industrial, and residential developments. The ideal candidate is a proactive modeler who will ensure the accuracy of our BIM models, coordinate seamlessly with other disciplines, and ensure strict adherence to international drafting standards.

Drafting, Modeling & Technical Delivery:

• Produce detailed 2D construction drawings and 3D BIM models for reinforced concrete (RC), structural steel, and civil works for high-rise towers, industrial warehouses, and residential complexes.
• Develop complex detailing including rebar detailing (RC), steel connections, and general arrangement drawings in compliance with design specifications.
