Job Description

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Civil & Structural (C&S) design works for residential developments, road infrastructure, jetty/marine projects and public infrastructure works under JKR and JBA.
  • Oversee the full design lifecycle from concept through detailed design, ensuring compliance with client requirements, local authority regulations, and relevant standards.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces (architectural, M&E, geotechnical and utilities) to ensure integrated, clash-free and buildable design solutions.
  • Review and approve design deliverables, including calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
  • Act as the key technical liaison with clients, authorities (including JKR, JBA, and local councils), consultants and contractors on all design-related matters.
