As the Senior Claims Consultant within this well regarded insurance business, you will be the technical referral point for the claims team, managing more complex claims and will also provide cover when the Claims Manager is unavailable.

In addition, you will be:

• Managing end-to-end Strata and Commercial Property insurance claims
• Interpretating policy coverage and determine liability in accordance with policy terms and regulatory requirements
• Appointing and manage loss adjusters, assessors, builders, and other external stakeholders
• Providing clear, professional and empathetic communication to insureds, brokers and service providers
• Ensuring compliance with internal processes and industry regulations
