Senior Claims Consultant

The Senior Claims Consultant is a specialist role within TAL’s Direct Claims team, responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value, underwritten TPD claims. You will apply your strong technical expertise and knowledge of the Insurance Contracts Act to navigate complex arrangements and deliver quality outcomes for members.

This role also provides the opportunity to act as a mentor and escalation point, contributing to capability uplift, embedding best practice, and shaping the growth of this strategically important team.
