We are seeking a candidates to join ourJLTPublic Sector NSW Claims TeamatMarshin the role ofSenior Claims Consultant. This role will be based in ourSydney office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.


This role is integral to the delivery of claims management services to our clients. You will handle a portfolio of general insurance claims for NSW Local Government Clients, with a focus on liability and property claims.

  • Manage end-to-end processes for a mixed portfolio of primarily Public Liability, Professional Indemnity and Property claims;
  • Conduct accurate reserving, claims investigation, manage claims costs, and negotiate with various third parties;
  • Build and maintain rapport with clients;
