Senior Claims Executive - Hong Kong

We are seeking a Senior Claims Executive to join our clients dynamic Claims Team in Hong Kong, supporting the growth of our business across Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, and Korea. As part of a world-leading marine insurance provider, you will manage a diverse caseload of P&I and H&M claims while maintaining strong relationships with clients and members. The role offers opportunities to engage with local markets, support underwriting and loss prevention initiatives, and collaborate with colleagues across the Asia-Pacific region. Occasional regional travel may be required.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, substantial experience in P&I and H&M claims handling, and the ability to manage complex challenges with a structured approach. A sound understanding of shipping, maritime law as it pertains to insurance, and fluency in English are essential. Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese would be advantageous.
