They are responsible for providing efficient and prompt onsite or in the field investigation, evaluation, negotiation and settlement of moderate and complex commercial property claims. Completing on site and/or virtual inspections of commercial claims Capturing the scope of damages and writing repair estimates to settle claims Reconciling vendor estimates to ensure price and scope is appropriate Reviewing policies and technical reports Making decisions on coverage, and negotiating settlements of claims Effectively managing a busy day‑to‑day schedule Providing a great customer experience Qualifications
