Job Description

Job Summary

With moderate supervision to manage medium standard (moderate severity / complexity) and complex claims handling
Job Accountabilities
Responsible for the complex liability and property claims

Provide technical support to the team including work simplification and automation initiatives

Provide data analytics for Commercial portfolios 

Orgranize customer meeting presentation and preparation of Powerpoint slides

Assist the Claims Manager in managerial tasks if necessary and also other ad hoc tasks

Adhere to local regulatory and governance requirements throughout the life of the claim to ensure that we make decisions using the right standards.

Compliance with customer protocols/service charter
Job Qualifications
4 years or above experience in CAR, Liability and Property claims, preferably with large and complex claims management skill
