Senior Cleanroom/Packaging Supervisor

**What will you do?**

**Team Leadership:**

+ Manage the clean room production team, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
+ Oversee recruitment, development, conflict resolution, and promote DE&I.
+ Plan team availability and conduct performance assessments to support growth.

**Operational Management:**

+ Track KPIs, maintain process standards, and lead daily team meetings.
+ Supervise documentation, in-process controls, and product quality.
+ Manage maintenance activities and ensure proper training for contract cleaners and operators.

**Problem Solving & Improvement:**

+ Resolve non-conformities and lead process improvement initiatives.
+ Support validation processes and implement technological enhancements.

**Training & Development:**

+ Train and mentor team members, ensuring skill development and standards adherence.
