Reporting to the Co-head of Asia and based in Tokyo, this position will be tasked with refining and executing on the strategy and vision for building the private wealth business in Japan, which is one of the core markets for Partners Group in the region. The incumbent will be responsible for leading and managing an existing team of client facing professionals and as a senior leader of the Tokyo office, provide leadership, guidance, support, and mentorship to employees within the Tokyo office. 

Through an existing extensive network of distribution partners, this position will be responsible for deepening those existing relationships as well as expanding into key global and regional relationships to realize the full distribution potential and bring Partners Group's wealth business towards the next phase of growth.
