What is the opportunity?
As a Senior Client Relationship Specialist, you will serve as a key point of contact for account management, focusing on post-sales activities, complex contractual and plan design inquiries, and the installation of new business through client strategy. You will play a critical role in driving client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth within the region.What will you do?

  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and deliver exceptional service to achieve regional sales targets while promoting group block retention and persistency rates.

  • Independently address client and advisor inquiries, determining appropriate actions for complex issues with minimal management involvement. Proactively recommend solutions to enhance problem resolution.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with producers, group plan administrators, and advisors to foster collaboration and trust.
