The Senior Associate, Global service processing (GSP), plays a crucial role in managing and executing client-related processes, particularly focusing on bulk updates, deceased and bankruptcy cases, Client account terminations and GDPR compliance activities. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process cases involving legal termination of direct and institutional clients, ensuring all legal and procedural requirements are met.
Coordinate and execute bulk updates to client records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
Manage exceptions on voluntary account closure cases from different entities ensuring all legal and procedural requirements are met.
