They are currently seeking a dedicated Senior Client Service Officer to support and engage with members of the community, including those experiencing vulnerable circumstances.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, based in their Parramatta office. Immediate start through to Friday, 1 May 2026, with the possibility of extension.

The Job:

• Act as the first point of contact via phone for clients seeking support.
• Handle inbound phone and written enquiries, delivering high-quality, trauma-informed service.
