Senior Climate Adaptation Experts – Africa

Location - Remote – Based in Africa or Southeast Asia (Regional Candidates Preferred)

At Cloudsyte, we are closing the Implementation Gap between high-level climate policy and verifiable community resilience. As we expand our work supporting National Adaptation Plans (NAPs) and NDC implementation across Africa and Asia, we are building a standby roster of senior technical experts for upcoming 2026/2027 UN-backed assignments.

We are seeking independent PhDs and senior practitioners with 7+ years of experience in:

• Adaptation Policy:
  Legal harmonization and mainstreaming climate risk into national budgets.
• M&E / Reporting:
  Developing indicators for the Global Goal on Adaptation (GGA).
• Technical Implementation:
  Ecosystem-based Adaptation (EbA) and climate-resilient infrastructure.

We are looking for experts who want to move beyond static PDF reporting and use modern data tools to drive real-world outcomes.
