Location: 100% remote
Salary: 190–220 PLN net/h B2B



TasksLead discovery workshops with customer architects, infrastructure teams, and leadership stakeholders 
Translate business and technical needs into actionable migration architectures, high‑level and low‑level designs 
Define migration strategies for hybrid cloud, multi‑site, and on‑prem environments 
Create detailed runbooks, playbooks, and technical documentation 
Lead migrations across VMware / Hyper‑V Azure, Active Directory consolidations (Quest), file/print migrations, SQL Server migrations 
Use Azure migration tooling such as Azure Migrate, CloudEndure, AD Connect, hybrid identity patterns 
Execute network transitions including routing, switching, VLANs, ACLs, DNS, DHCP, SD‑WAN, wireless, firewall migrations (Meraki Check Point/Fortinet)
