Senior CMC Project Lead – Small Molecules

A biotech company based in Basel, Switzerland seeks a Senior CMC Project Manager to lead the CMC development for small molecule antibacterial therapies. The successful candidate will manage external partnerships, guide CMC readiness for clinical milestones, and contribute to regulatory submissions. Candidates should have an advanced degree (PhD or MSc) and 8 to 15+ years in CMC development, particularly in biotech. Fluent English is required; German is a plus.
