Manufacturing line support

• Conduct real-time problem analysis on defects, equipment alarms, and statistical process control (SPC) violations. Determine solutions by liaising with all involved parties.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions. Update process specifications and operating procedure documents.

Process set‑up and optimization

• Collaborate with technology development and device engineers to develop or transfer new processes.
• Evaluate new processes, consumables, slurry, or chemicals, and perform process characterization.
• Understand and improve process margin and robustness.

Equipment management

• Analyze and identify specific equipment failure modes with equipment engineers.
• Perform equipment qualification after each maintenance intervention.
