Key Responsibilities

• Roast coffee beans according to established roast profiles and quality standards
• Monitor roasting variables (time, temperature, airflow) to ensure consistency and flavour accuracy
• Conduct regular quality checks, including cupping and visual inspections
• Record and maintain accurate roasting logs and production data
• Operate, clean, and perform basic maintenance on roasting equipment
