Job Description

 Our team in  Heredia  currently has an opening for a  Senior Collections Analyst

  YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES 
  Execute collection activities efficientlyand effectively in compliance with company policies and procedures.
 Ensure collection of missed oroutstanding payments from clients are minimized.
 Responsible for the cashcollection of a designated customer portfolio using dedicated software/ systemsand resolve billing disputes in a manner that is fair and timely.
 Focus on managingportfolio of receivable accounts and ensure aged balances remain within the setbusiness targets
 Update bad debtsprovision, prepare analysis on debts and monitor account performance
 Prepare reconciliation ofaccounts and resolve discrepancies which arise
 Prepare scheduled /ad hoc financial analysis reports
