Senior Collections Officer
Salary: $75K - $84K + super
Location: Mount Waverley, 1 day WFH, Free parking on site
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Senior Collections Officer, you'll play a key role in driving the success of the Credit function, owning the end-to-end credit process from invoicing through to collections and reconciliations. You'll work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate, timely results while building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Managing your own customer portfolio across multiple ERP systems

Conducting high-volume outbound collection calls and proactively following up overdue accounts
