Senior Collections Specialist

Position Overview:
The Senior Collection Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the Collections Manager by focusing on strategy improvement, reporting, and data analysis. This role will oversee the administrative/back-office team, ensuring smooth operations and compliance. Additionally, the Senior Collection Specialist will assist in creating and improving standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize collections processes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Improvement:
o Analyze collections performance data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
o Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve collections efficiency and recovery rates across all segments.
