Senior Collections Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Improvement:
o Analyze collections performance data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
o Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve collections efficiency and recovery rates across all segments.
o Collaborate with the Collections Manager and Team Leads to align strategies with overall business goals.
2. Reporting and Data Analysis:
o Create and maintain detailed and accurate reports on collections performance across all Grab segments.
o Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to help drive decision-making and improve team outcomes.
o Ensure reports are submitted to the Collections Manager in a timely manner.
3. Administrative/Back-Office Oversight:
o Supervise the administrative and back-office team to ensure tasks such as data management, compliance monitoring, and dispute resolution are completed accurately and efficiently.
