A well?established and growing commercial law practice, is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Lawyer to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial practitioner with 5+ years’ post?admission experience who wants high?quality work, direct client engagement, and the chance to contribute meaningfully to a progressive and collaborative firm environment.

The Role

You will work across a broad mix of commercial matters for private clients, SMEs, family enterprises and agribusinesses. The work is diverse, hands?on and offers genuine autonomy.
Key areas of work include:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts (services, supply, distribution, consultancy, SaaS, agency and more)
• Providing advice on contractual risk, liability, indemnities, warranties and termination clauses
