Our client is a well-regarded Melbourne firm with a genuinely collegiate team and a strong pipeline of commercial disputes. They’re looking for an experienced Commercial Litigator to step in and take the reins of a busy, established practice.

You’ll be the go‑to for:

• Commercial and contractual disputes
• Property‑related litigation, including trust disputes
• Insolvency matters
• Joint venture and partnership disputes

They’re seeking someone at Senior Associate or Special Counsel level who’s confident managing files, trusted by clients, and ready to play a key role in the continued growth of the practice.
