Senior Commercial Litigator

A well-established regional law firm is seeking a Senior Commercial Litigator to strengthen its dispute resolution capability. The firm advises a diverse client base of SMEs and larger businesses across a broad range of sectors, providing practical, commercially-focused legal advice in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.

The role involves managing your own caseload of commercial disputes, including contract, shareholder, partnership, debt recovery, and business tort matters. You will provide strategic advice on risk management and dispute avoidance, lead advocacy in court and alternative dispute resolution forums, and work closely with corporate, property, employment, and insolvency colleagues to deliver seamless solutions. Business development and nurturing client relationships will be a key part of the role.
