Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Commercial Loan Servicing Representative



**In this role, you will:**



+ Support the Loan Documentation team in reviewing, documenting, closing, and disbursing loans

+ Review the most complex legal, appraisal, and title information

+ Prepare loan documentation, coordinate loan closings, and initiate loan disbursements

+ Monitor the loan disbursement process

+ Perform or guide others on complex loans that require planning, evaluation, and interpretation

+ Ensure compliance with company's policies and procedures

+ Identify and mitigate Loan Documentation risks in accomplishing business goals

+ Prioritize work and provide day to day work leadership and mentorship to the Loan Documentation team
