About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Commercial Loan Servicing Representative. This job is responsible for activities related to servicing of commercial loan transactions according to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. This can include customer/client modifications, account maintenance, rebookings, and purchased receivables management to ensure accuracy through life of transaction.

In this role, you will:

• Service commercial real estate loans including construction and problem loans, and may include commercial real estate agency loans
• Provide direct customer service and acts as primary servicing contact for the loan
• Support less experienced loan administrators in providing resolutions of inquiries and complaints
