Senior Commercial Manager

Your mission

• Own and consistently exceed a quota for new restaurant and supplier accounts in your territory
• Personally close strategic, multi-branch, and enterprise F&B groups end-to-end
• Open doors via your existing network of F&B decision-makers
• Build relationships with supplier sales & management teams to expand the catalog and negotiate exclusive terms
• Build and roll out the field sales playbook – pitch, objection handling, demo flow, qualification
• Coach and coordinate junior reps and interns: ride‑alongs, pipeline reviews, deal coaching, weekly targets
• Partner with Supply, Product, and Ops to unblock deals and feed market signal into the roadmap

Your profile

• 3+ years of sales experience in the F&B industry (required)
• Track record of consistently overachieving quota – with specific numbers to back it up
