Job Description

                    What You Will Do
Drive commercial intensity, enhance sales effectiveness, and foster sustainable business growth across the Asia Pacific region, encompassing all lines of business. 
Conduct comprehensive strategic planning, in-depth data analysis, process improvement initiatives, and robust stakeholder management to align business objectives. 
Oversee the management of processes, policies, and system solutions associated with sales performance and incentives, collaborating closely with regional and local sales teams, Human Resources, Total Rewards, and Finance functions. 
Support the sales and commercial leadership by driving continuous improvement in sales productivity, pipeline health, and overall effectiveness to enable profitable growth. 
Focus on executing strategies within the Asia Pacific field businesses and participate actively in a newly constructed global team dedicated to operational excellence.
