**Job Description Summary**
The Senior Commercial Proposals Manager is responsible for leading proposal activities for the Europe & Africa region. This includes collaborating with cross functional stakeholders to evaluate, plan, and deliver timely proposals to our customer based aligned with internal guiding principles and overarching business strategy.

+ Review customer requirements and be able to translate into tangible solutions aligned to our business strategy
+ Provide thought leadership during deal reviews to ensure robust understanding of deal specs and commercial risks
+ Lead efforts to enhance and automate deal generation processes to enable timely response to customers
+ Leverage sales and marketing teams to deepen understanding of airline, airframer, and lessor operations as well as growth strategies
+ Support deal negotiations with customers as needed
