Senior Commercial Specialist – Buildings Division

The Senior Commercial Specialist reports functionally to the Commercial Director and works closely with project leadership. The role is accountable for providing contractual, financial, and commercial leadership to project teams during project execution. You will manage all contractual and commercial aspects of assigned projects (typically with annual revenues exceeding $25M), mentor commercial coordinators, and ensure disciplined contract administration, strong commercial performance, and successful project outcomes.
