Senior Commodity Analyst

TYPE: Full time, 18-month contract (Maternity Cover)
SALARY: £60k - £80k depending on experience

LOCATION: London, (Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)



Senior Commodity Analyst Main Responsibilities:

●Trade reconciliation from trade recaps & broker statements

● Daily and Monthly Cash settlements and reconciliation

● Confirmation matching

● Updating and reviewing Daily Margin reports

● Be a main point of contact for Energy, Precious and Base Metals within the front office

● Liaise with people internally at all levels

● Review existing procedures with the objective of improving and implementing more efficient working processes

● Assess problems and suggest solutions to Management

● Liaise with internal trading desks and external clients to ensure efficient service and timely dealing of queries
