The Senior Compensation Analyst reports to the Total Rewards Director and plays a critical role in supporting the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs at Materion. This position partners closely with HR and business leaders to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices that attract and retain talent. The role also supports the maintenance and optimization of compensation systems and contributes to broader total rewards initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Lead the annual compensation review processes for merit, bonus, and equity
+ Advise HR leaders, Business Partners, and other internal stakeholders on salary proposals, salary structures, job evaluations, promotion requests, and other compensation-related initiatives
