 /Responsibilities The Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, and administration of competitive, compliant, and cost-effective compensation programs that align with the organization’s business strategy. This role will conduct compensation surveys, execute market pricing, and help establish salary ranges and wage rates for all positions. Additionally, the Senior Compensation Analyst will ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal wage and hour laws and oversee compensation program administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Support HR teams in implementing and managing compensation programs that attract, retain, and engage talent.
Partner with HR Directors to identify and address compensation-related challenges that may impact recruitment and retention efforts.
