Monitoring and analysis of compensation systems efficiency and recommending changes
Submitting data to market data providers, and coordinating benefits data submission
Proposing compensation packages for employee groups, in line with business strategy
Assuring compliance of current internal remuneration regulations with the Law
Administration and Configuration of Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation module in Workday
