Senior Compensation Benefits Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.
• Maintain and update employee compensation and benefits data in HR systems.
• Assist in payroll preparation, salary reviews, and benefits administration.
• Coordinate employee insurance, medical claims, and other benefit programs.
• Prepare compensation and benefits reports, analyses, and documentation.
• Support salary benchmarking and market survey activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or HR Operations.
