**Stratasys is looking for a strategic Compensation & Benefits to lead Total Rewards across EMEA & APAC**

In this role, you’ll partner closely with regional leaders and senior management, providing strategic compensation guidance that supports business goals and drives talent outcomes. You’ll work across diverse functions - including R&D, Sales, Customer Support, and Operations, designing competitive and locally relevant Total Rewards programs aligned with our global strategy.
