Senior Compensation Consultant

**About this role:**

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Compensation Consultant to join the International Compensation team within Total Rewards. This role plays a key part in delivering competitive, data-driven compensation solutions across EMEA and APAC, supporting business performance, talent attraction and retention.

You will contribute to the design, analysis and delivery of compensation programmes, with a strong focus on analytics, governance and regulatory compliance. The role partners closely with HR, Talent Acquisition and business leaders, particularly within Corporate & Investment Banking and key corporate functions.
