Senior Competition & Anti-trust Counsel

Our client, a distinguished and diversified entity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is seeking to onboard a proficient Senior Counsel to advise on Competition and Anti-trust matters. The successful candidate will have substantial experience handling Anti-Trust matters in an Advisory function, with experience handling Competition matters across Joint Ventures, Investments, and Acquisitions.

The Competition and Anti-trust team sits within the Corporate Compliance department. They pride their team on being flexible and offering exceptional client service.

Candidates will ideally have seven to ten years of experience gained from multinational corporations in-house departments or from a distinguished international law firm.
