Senior Compliance Controls Specialist – AML/KYC (Hybrid)

LHH, based in Geneva, is seeking a Compliance Control Specialist for a long-term assignment. This role involves contributing to the bank's control framework, assessing compliance with regulatory requirements, and identifying any gaps.

The ideal candidate will possess a University Degree in Business or Law, with 3-7 years of experience in a similar position, strong knowledge in Compliance, Audit, and Internal Control. Bilingual proficiency in French and English and Swiss residence are mandatory.
