We are seeking a Senior Compliance & Corporate Governance Advisor to support the Drilling Services division in Salt Lake City, UT. This role is primarily responsible for core compliance workflows (hotline intake, investigations support, policy management, training oversight, monitoring, and third-party due diligence) and supports subsidiary governance obligations across multiple jurisdictions. This position reports directly to our General Counsel - Drilling Services and works closely with regional management, HR, Finance, and operations.
