Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
Ensure full compliance with IRDAI Act, regulations, circulars, and guidelines
Handle IRDAI filings, returns, approvals, and inspections
Manage board, committee, and shareholder compliances specific to insurance entities
Liaise with IRDAI, regulators, auditors, and consultants
Track regulatory changes and implement them proactively
Support governance, policy drafting, and regulatory reporting
Mandatory Requirements:
Qualified Company Secretary
Hands-on insurance law compliance experience (insurer / intermediary / TPA)
Strong working knowledge of IRDAI regulations
Proven experience in regulatory interactions
Industry : General Insurance only
Experience: 5-10+years
