6-month contract with an ASAP start, high visibility mandate in Customer and Operations Lead and uplift risk maturity across Motor and Commercial products Small team leadership, 1 to 2 direct reports, hands-on delivery role

We are seeking a Senior Compliance Manager for our client who can bring structure, calm and outcomes in a low-risk maturity environment. This position will partner closely with senior stakeholders, guide the business through risk processes, and keep the risk framework practical and embedded.

Key responsibilities

• Manage challenging stakeholders and drive adoption of risk processes
• Own and maintain the risk framework, governance rhythm and uplift actions
• Support contract management and third-party risk discipline
• Lead 1 to 2 junior team members, coach and lift capability
• Provide pragmatic risk advice that keeps the business moving
