Mission & Main duties of SIU team

Main unit of WM Compliance responsible for internal investigative efforts and handling of cases with enhanced FCC risk. Team’s main duty is to handle internal investigations with the responsibility to conclude them in the timely manner and observance of Bank’s regulatory and reporting duties.

Key responsibilities Senior Compliance Officer in SIU :

• Handling of internal investigations, internal escalations, submission of files to AML Committee for the decision regarding SAR filing and answers to Authority Requests.
• Additional responsibilities include daily screening of client names, handling Request for Information (RFI) for correspondent banks and media watch.
• Treatment of internal and external audit requests as well as analysis of files with high management attention.
