**About the Role**

As the Senior Composites Engineer, you will lead complex application engineering programs, develop advanced composite materials and processes, and collaborate directly with customers and internal cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in shaping new business opportunities, validating next-generation composite technologies, and supporting full commercialization of new products.

**What You Will Do**

+ Develop and execute application engineering programs for thermoplastic and thermoset composite materials.
